He continued, “Following shareholder approval received on November 9, 2022, we plan to complete the distribution to shareholders and listing of a 25% interest in our asset management business before the end of the year.”

Entre la cantidad de minoritarios que tiene y de deuda por ahí, no sé ni qué precio ponerla.

A mi me pasa parecido, se puede complicar uno todo lo que quiera… Después de darle muchas vueltas, ver segmentos, geografías, deuda, etc … al final le estimo un múltiplo que considero justo de 10 veces ffo anual y listo
